Returns and Refunds Policy

In the event that you have been delivered a wrong product or the product delivered to you is in damaged/defective state, gives you an option to return the product(s).

Any order that has been shipped from our warehouse, falls within a returnable category and can be filed for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • 2. Click on “Return Request” and select “File a New Return”
  • 3. Select the item(s) you want to return by Order ID and Product Name.
  • 4. Select the most appropriate return reason.

1. Payment. By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. We accept payment by,

  • a) credit/debit card;
  • b) via your wallet; or
  • c) cash on delivery (an amount not exceeding AED 5,000 for UAE).

2. Warranty. All product warranties are offered by the respective manufacturer or the seller. Return Condition

We accept returned products if:

  • a) The Product is unused and in original packaging, including all tags.
  • b) For electronic items, open products will be accepted if found defective/different from the description or picture displayed while placing the order.

Non-Returnable Categories

We do not accept requests for return, replacement and/or exchange of products under the following scenarios:

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
  • Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them
  • Any consumable product which has been used or installed
  • Products that fall under specific categories, including food, beverages, household goods, digital books, swimwear, hosiery, innerwear, lingerie, shapewear, socks, health aids, contact lenses, hygiene-related and personal care products, and certain baby products (e.g. tethers, diapers, hygiene tissues, feeding-related products) music, video and video games.

Here are some FAQs related to our Return and Refund process.

a) I received a defective/damaged item. Can I get a refund?

In case the product received by you is damaged or defective, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

b) I received a wrong item. How can I return it?

In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed immediately.

c) I have changed my mind. Can I return the item I purchased?

In case of change of mind, before shipping your order, just call us to cancel your order. All cancelation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order. You can also cancel it from your account and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied to your Meezzaa wallet.

d) I received my order but don’t wish to keep it. Can I return it?

If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 15 days to return them, as long as you meet the below terms and conditions for return:

  • i) The return is in accordance with’s returns policy.
  • ii) The items are in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box)
  • iii) In cases, of clothing & fashion orders, the original tags and seal be present along with the original packaging

e) I made a transaction via credit card and then cancelled it. How can I receive a refund?

All refunds after cancellations will be credited to your Meezzaa wallet within 24 hours of placing the request for cancellation. Upon request, we can arrange for a transfer back to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.

f) I made a transaction via cash on delivery. How can I receive a refund after return?
