Meezzaa Warranty Policy

About the Meezzaa Warranty Policy:

Our Warranty Policy helps you stay covered in case of defects in material, design and workmanship after the purchase of the product.

i.For Warranty on selected Meezzaa Exclusive products where the products are sold directly by Meezzaa, a 12- month warranty will be provided for the eligible items purchased for all buyers in UAE.

ii.For Warranty on products sold by other vendors and sellers registered on, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.

  • All electronic device accessories, excluding Apple products (Accessories warranty: 1 year), are subject to a 6-months warranty starting from the product purchase date.
  • All Warranty repairs for Meezzaa Exclusive products will be carried out by the authorized service centre for the product. In cases where products are bought through a seller that is not Meazzaa, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.
  • In order to avail the warranty services, the customer must produce the original invoice received while purchasing the product so that the serial number and the warranty period can be verified.
  • The average warranty repair period is 21 working days from the date of collecting the product from the customer to its final dispatch back to the customer.
  • Not all products are covered under the Warranty. Customers must check the product listing to know if the product offers Warranty benefits or not.
  • Repair or replacement under the terms of this Warranty does not provide the right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. The Warranty terms have been dictated by your device manufacturer.
  • If your item can't be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we will facilitate for a replacement of the product from the same seller. In the event that you are not eligible for or there is no provision for replacement, you will be refunded in full.
  • To avail Warranty services for a defective product, you can raise the request through your Meezzaa account. The Meezzaa Warranty team will get in touch with you within 24 hours to collect more proof of warranty claim including pictures of the product from all angles along with its IMEI/Serial number.
  • The Warranty does not cover the following:

    a)Defect or damage as a result of misuse or non-abidance of instructions by the customer

    b)Liquid spill on the product

    c)Unauthorized repairs on the products

Service Policy:

  • It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all Personal Data and any information of confidential nature is erased/backed up before submitting the device for service. The customers should also switch off FMI and remove lock/password prior to servicing the device.
  • The time required for obtaining device information or customer approval is not included within the Turn Around Time (TAT) of the repair process
  • The customer confirms that all information provided during the warranty claim is correct.
  • The customers are expected to remove the Screen protectors before submitting the device for service.

Free Pickup and Delivery Policy:

  • Free Pickup and delivery is offered for all items that are covered under Warranty
  • Meezzaa is not responsible for any damage occurring during the shipping of the product to our warehouse. The Customer has to ensure that the product has been wrapped and sealed in its original box before dispatching for Warranty services.
  • At the time of Warranty claim/servicing, the customer must submit all supporting accessories that were included in the product package when first received (including earphones, battery, charge carrier etc.)
